Ulticlip Dealer Agreement & Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAP)

This policy has been established to help ensure the reputation of ULTICLIP and to ensure resellers have incentive to sell Ulticlip products with a guaranteed return on their investment. Please indicate your understanding of this policy and your willingness to abide by its terms and conditions by signing and listing the name of your business below.

The Dealer Agreement/MAP policy shall work under the following guidelines:

  1. Ulticlip grants direct sales permission to its dealers. Direct sales are when a dealer sells via their website, physical store, or special events such as gun shows or expos.   Third party sales are not allowed without special permission.   Examples of third-party sales are: Amazon and Ebay
  1. The manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) is:
    1. $13.99 – ULTICLIP, ULTICLIP3+, SLIM 3.3, SLIM 2.2, UltiTuck, AP Clip, AP Wide, APH
    2. $15.99 – Ulticlip XL
    3. $ 6.99 – UltiPlate
    4. $14.99 – Crux Concealment System, TuckWing
    5. $ 9.99 – 30pc. Combo Head Screw Kit
    6. $29.99 – UltiLink Complete Kit, MP Carrier
    7. $15.99 – Pinion Expansion Pack, Lock Expansion Pack
    8. $17.99 – Enduo – Universal 2 pack
    9. $29.99 – Enduo – Magazine Specific Models

 

  1. The minimum advertised price (MAP) is:
    1. $10.99 – ULTICLIP, ULTICLIP3+, SLIM 3.3 & SLIM 2.2, UltiTuck, AP Clip, AP Wide, APH
    2. $12.99 – Ulticlip XL
    3. $ 4.99 – UltiPlate
    4. $11.99 – Crux Concealment System, TuckWing
    5. $ 7.99 – 30pc. Combo Head Screw Kit
    6. $19.99 – UltiLink Complete Kit, MP Carrier
    7. $10.99 – Pinion Expansion Pack, Lock Expansion Pack
    8. $14.99 – Enduo -Universal 2 pack
    9. $24.99 – Enduo – Magazine Specific Models
  1. Dealers are required to purchase at least $300 per order.
  1. Ulticlip products without retail packaging cannot be sold as standalone products. Non-retail unpackaged Ulticlip products can only be incorporated into dealer’s products and sold as part of that product.  Ulticlip equipped products cannot be sold for less than Ulticlip’s minimum advertised price.
  1. Advertising free or discounted ULTICLIP products with a product covered by the MAP policy would be contrary to the policy if it has the effect of discounting the advertised price of the covered product below the MAP.
  1. The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of ULTICLIP products in any and all media, including, but not limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, email newsletters, email solicitations, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage. The MAP policy is also applicable to any in-store adver
  1. ULTICLIP’s MAP policy does not in any way limit the ability of any dealer to advertise that “they have the lowest prices” or, they “will meet or beat any competitors price”, that consumers should “call for a price” or phrases of similar import as long as the price advertised or listed for the products is not less than MAP.
  1. Dealers/Resellers agree to hold the trademark of ULTICLIP as the property of Ulticlip. Utilizing the Ulticlip trademark in flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, email newsletters, email solicitations, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage is prohibited without authorization.
  1. ULTICLIP does not intend to do business with resellers who degrade the image of ULTICLIP and its products. Intentional or repeated failure to abide by this policy will result in termination to purchase as a reseller. ULTICLIP may elect not to provide prior notice or issue warnings before taking any action under this policy.
  1. Domestic dealer orders require a minimum of 10 business days for processing and delivery.
  1. Dealers are required to place a minimum of one order per calendar year to maintain dealer status. If no order is placed within a calendar year dealer information will be removed from our authorized dealer map and your account will be deleted.
